Your booking is confirmed once payment is received. A 2% booking fee applies to online bookings. We hold your selected time briefly while you pay; if payment isn't completed the slot is released.

You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your session. Cancelling 24+ hours ahead is refunded in full to your original payment method (refunds may take a few business days to appear). If you change to a different time, any price difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

Within 24 hours of your session we're unable to refund. You may still change your time subject to availability, or cancel for a gift voucher to the full value of your booking (valid 3 years) to use any time.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from issue, are redeemable against any Aluume booking, and are not redeemable for cash.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Towels and lockers are included. Entry is subject to our health & safety guidelines, which are provided on arrival.

We handle your personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act. We use your details to manage your booking and, with your consent, to send you occasional updates.
